Health Sciences Authority and Singapore Red Cross will be organizing an emergency blood exercise on 27 October 2013 across four locations (blood banks at HSA, Dhoby Ghaut and Woodlands, and Bedok CC) to test the preparedness to meet a surge in national blood demand during a civil emergency.
