- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or Metallurgy. worked to ISO-9001 standards, CSWIP 3.2, NDT Level II in RT, MPI, UT and NACE Level II or BGas Grade 2

Description of Function
|
- As the Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all quality control and assurance activities within our organization, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and regulations. He should manage a team of Quality engineers and inspectors, develop quality procedures, and implement inspection programs to maintain high standards of quality and reliability for our projects.

Main Responsibilities |
- Develop and implement Quality policies and procedures in compliance with Aramco standards.
- Plan and conduct Quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Set KPIs across projects and portfolios
- Prepare a yearly Quality plan and ensure proper implementation.
- Create a culture of Quality within the office
- Ensure Lessons learned are fully understood at project start-up
- Automate Engineering Quality checks
- Manage and mentor a team of Quality engineers and inspectors, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality records.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies to discuss quality-related issues and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to assess their capability to meet quality requirements.
