Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description: Job Purpose
Plan, supervise and exercise direct control of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument Craft groups for planned/ corrective and preventive maintenance and Minor project support) work activities. Activities cover all Turbomachinery, Rotating equipment, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Rig Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Cranes Maintenance. Vast knowledge and experience in Drilling Rig Living Quarters Equipment. Schedule and assign maintenance tasks to subordinate technicians and follows-up to ensure proper completion.
Participate in or carry out troubleshooting of complex and more routine faults as required. Ensure that maintenance schedules are adhered to, records are updated and that all activities are carried out in accordance with the Company Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
Ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare of all employees and contractors working under their control and continued integrity and efficiency of plant equipment. Ensure all work is carried out in conformance with the integrated plan, in accordance with safety standards and relevant maintenance procedures.
